Fisker Pear

Before anything, let me talk to you about Fisker because I think the American manufactured needs a little bit of an introduction. The brand was first created by Henrik Fisker in 2007, and the first unit of the Karma started to be delivered in 2011. since then, and for many reasons, Fisker automotive went bankrupt. A couple of years later, a new company called Karma emerged from nowhere, basically starting back where Fisker originally left everything. Now, this new company called Karma is not to be confused with Fisker inc, even if Karma is using the old concept car of Fisker.

So, to get things right, Fisker Automotive is the company that went bankrupt, and Fisker inc is the new company. This new company is working on several projects, including one called the PEAR. This week old is a null electric small SUV, and it's probably one of the most important vehicles in the comeback of Fisker as a manufacturer.

A good market position

We don't know much about this small SUV yet, but Fiskar gave us some crucial information about it. First, its base price will be around $30,000, which is very good for an electric vehicle. Here in Canada, we can expect this vehicle to cost around $40,000, which is still a fairly good deal. Also, for that price, you can expect a range of around 250 miles or 400 kilometers on one single charge, which is also very good. Of course, there will be a more expensive version with high-tech can luxury materials, but at the end of the day, the Fisker PEAR will be a very competitive vehicle thanks to its affordable place price.

Initially, the Fisker Pear what's supposed to be introduced on the market in 2024 as a 2025 model. However, there is some rumor on the Internet saying that the vehicle should be out on the market as soon as 2023 as a 2024 model. This is great news, especially in a market like the one we are in right now, with low inventories and a waiting list that gets longer every month. All that to say, the timing could be perfect for Fisker to introduce de Pear on the market as fast as possible. And if you want my opinion, the American manufacturer should introduce even more models on the market quickly.

Oh, by the way, in case you were wondering, PEAR stands for Personal Electric Automotive Revolution. I can't wait to put my hands behind the steering wheel of this new small electric SUV,
